The Denver Zoo doesn't seem so immense when you first walk through the gates. You might accidentally mistake it for a smaller place, maybe more like a petting farm. But you'd me greatly mistaken if you believed that, because the Denver Zoo covers a lot of space and offers up the chance to visit with animals from all over the world that you wouldn't find in smaller zoo. There are indoor and outdoor exhibits, as well as feeding time shows where you can enjoy watching the interaction between human and whatever animal is being fed! Make sure to wear good walking shoes and wear sunblock because you'll most likely be spending the full day there!
